International Triumph of Chaos community

Our estimate is that 60% of ToC players are in North America, 30% in Europe and 10% elsewhere. Card Driven Wargames

Triumph of Chaos is a part of the Card Driven Wargame community. The first game in the genre was Mark Herman's "We the People". The genre "took off" with Ted Raicer's "Paths of  Glory" and has been growing since.  Following is an advertisement for Card Driven Wargame community that was distributed at the World Boardgame Championships in 2004 to help build interest in the genre.
